Oparex Opal is a heat-hardened resin with a mixture of silica in a short period of time. Different from lab-grown synthetic opal with high silica percentage, it only contains 25% of silica.

Within the Oparex Opal collection, Nebula Opal is an interesting product as it displays a wave of color change like aurora borealis, so some people also called it as “Aurora kind opal”. Nebula Opal's color pattern is very irregular. If the product size is smaller, the color deviation among each piece will become bigger.
